The criminal mind is an odd thing. First it is supremely arrogant. Criminals, you see, think everyone is more stupid than they are. They cannot carry out their crimes if they thought that everyone is ahead of them. Wise to their every move. And naturally enough they just keep on getting caught! Must come as such a surprise. Chief among the delusional are fraudsters.
